If you are in a crisis and need to text someone, the Crisis Line has volunteer counselors that are willing to help. You can text "GO" to the number 741-741 to get connected with a Crisis Line volunteer. When you are done with the conversation, text the word, "stop" and it will disconnect you from the helpline.
